TERMS & CONDITIONS
By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms & conditions below.
I. GENERAL
Please write in a clear manner.
Provide detailed references for better results (pose, backgrounds, ref sheets, etc.).
I have every rights to decline if the commission is not to my liking.
Price can change depending on the details.
II. PAYMENT
!! NO REFUNDS AFTER PAYMENT !!
Payment via Paypal and Ko-fi.
The currency accepted is USD only.
I will start drawing AFTER the payment, all commissions must be paid upfront.
III. PROCESS
Read the TERMS & CONDITIONS.
Choose which type of commission desired.
DM me the refrences on Twitter (@Arinsays) so we can discuss further details.
You could choose references from my portofolio if you have a desired result there.
Pay the determined price upfront via Ko-Fi or Paypal.
I will send you WIPS ( sketches, colours, etc.) so you can give corrections.
Note that if you decided to make any major changes (poses, character, outfit, anything that makes me have to redraw completely) AFTER the LINEART stage will come with an extra charge, this doesn't apply to minor changes (facial expressions, base colour).
Finished product will be sent via GDRIVE Link, it will consist of a JPEG, PNG, and PSD file.
NOTE: COMMISSIONS WILL USUALLY TAKE FROM 1 WEEK-1 MONTH OR MORE DEPENDING ON THE CIRCUMSTANCES AND TYPE OF COMMISSION, BUT I WILL DO MY BEST TO DO IT ASAP.
IV. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to promote myself with it in any place and add it to my portfolio.
If you would like to keep the commission private, do let me know beforehand.
The client(s) are allowed to:
Use the artwork for personal use.
Use the art to promote themselves WITH PROPER CREDIT.
Print the art, make merchandise FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY.
The client(s) aren't allowed to:
Reproducing/using the artwork for commercial purposes (making money from it in any way).
Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
Altering the artwork in any way without my consent.
